In 2006 I completed my undergraduate study at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology. While at UNLV I was an intern on the football strength and conditioning staff. Upon graduation I got my certification as a personal trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After receiving my certification I began training at a local gym. I wanted to work with athletes as well so I decided to go back and pursue my certification as a strength and conditioning specialist. Personal training is an industry where many certifications amount to little more than a piece of paper. My education and background are critical to the success I have achieved as a trainer. The NSCA requires that I earn a certain amount of continuing education credits each year in order to stay certified. This ensures that I am always up to date on current training methods and research.

My philosophy is simple. Fitness breaks down to 4 parts: Cardiovascular, Strength, Endurance, and Flexibility. In my fitness test we assess all 4 areas, and then we tailor your workout to those areas that need help. That combined with sound nutritional advice and you have everything you need to reach your goals. A person’s health is the most precious thing they have. Once it is gone there is no amount of money or modern medicine that can get it back. That is why it is so important to do your part with a good diet and proper exercise. Don’t wait any longer. All first time clients receive a FREE fitness consultation ($60.00 value)! Call or email me and let me teach you how to live a healthier tomorrow today.
